Rhythmic Movement featuring Tania Stavreva, Piano
Lamb Management & Consulting (www.lambmgmtconsult.com) and Steinway Piano Galleries (Alpharetta, GA), are proud to present a first-time performance in Georgia, by New York based, Billboard's Top 10 artist, and "World-class" (Classicalite), "Bulgarian-born piano dynamo" (TimeOut NY) Tania Stavreva!
Her "knockout of an album" (Blogcritics Magazine) "Rhythmic Movement" was released in early 2017, and immediately reached Billboard's Classical Top 10, and is the winner of 17 international music awards. According to MainlyPiano.com, Tania Stavreva "just might be able to reignite a bigger interest in classical music - especially with young people." She is recognized as one of the most versatile young artists of her generation, renowned internationally for having "some of the most precise fingering of any of the twenty-something generation of pianists, bar none" (Mark Greenfest, SoundWordSight Arts Magazine)
In 2012, Ms. Stavreva was invited to perform at the Miles Davis/Edith Piaf Commemorative USPS Stamp Dedication Ceremony at the Rubin Museum of Art in New York, where she was featured on CNN, and shared the stage with the Miles Davis family; Grammy award winning songwriter, Mike Stoller; and ledgendary music producer, George Avakian (Columbia Records).
Tania became one of the first pianists of her generation to perform modern classical music at rock club venues such as Webster Hall (New York), and Paradise Rock Club (Boston), making classical music accessible to younger and non-traditional audiences.
Tania Stavreva is a voting member of the GRAMMY's (Recording Academy); ASCAP; Latin GRAMMY's; Women in Music; and The American Federation of Musicians & Carnegie Hall's Notables. She has been featured on CBS New York, BBC Music Magazine, Keyboard Magazine, Billboard Magazine, and others.
