Working directly with music artists and their management teams
Working for major record labels
Singing and performing
Let’s just say music is in our blood!
We are advocates for music education and the preservation of music programs in all private and public schools in the state of Georgia. Music education curriculums should not be solely based on musical performance, but also include the business, legal, economic, and political sides of the music industry.
We are advocates for diverse music ecosystems that include music encompassing a wide range of Christian music genres such as Traditional Hymns, Gospel, Contemporary Christian, Christian Country, Southern Gospel, Gospel Blues, Christian Rock, Christian Hip-Hop, and others. We work with local and state-level community leaders, key decision-makers, legislators, and other elected and/or appointed officials about the economic benefits of having a strong thriving diverse music economy in their cities, towns, villages, or neighborhoods/communities.
We are advocates for music industry legislation. We focus our efforts on issues related to fair compensation, copyright reform, and to the protection, preservation and advancement of Christian music. We work year-round partnering with law firms, schools, music organizations, and other industry allies providing legislative advocacy at all levels of government (local, state, & federal). Through education and resources, our goal at Lamb Management & Consulting is to bring awareness to our clients so they are in position to have a voice at the decision-making table at all levels of government, especially decisions that may directly affect their careers. You know what they say, and it’s true, “if you are not AT the table, then you are ON the menu.”
